Our work together begins with an Initial Session.
The Initial Session is meant to forge a starting foundation for our work together.
You can expect exercises that support me in getting to know you, and you getting to know yourself better. We’ll do this through somatic (body-based) and relational explorations.
During this Initial Session, we’ll begin building a container and the necessary foundation for deeper work to come.
If we decide that we are a good match after our first session…
We’ll commit to co-creating a journey of transformation.
All Initial Sessions are 2 hours in length with an investment of $495.
After our Initial Session, you can choose the path that suits your needs best or we can work together to customize one for you.

Offerings for Individuals

We meet for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 5. Sessions are billed at $250/hour.
Each session can include coaching in sounding, body awareness, boundary-setting, movement, communication & consent, inner-child work, ritual, body dialoguing, mirror work, de-armoring, client-led touch, education on anatomy, arousal, trauma & the nervous system, and sacred and intentional connection to plant medicine.

Intensives are available for those who want to dive into bodywork over several days or live father away. We can do one or several intensives over a period of time. Each day we meet consists of aprox 4-6 hours of time together. The exchange is $250/hour.
