Finding Love In Grief

In this moment, we are witnessing the deep disconnection of humanity from our bodies, our hearts, and the land in horrific and grotesque ways .

Connection, relationship, and belonging is the medicine.

Coming home to our bodies, hearts, and grief is the medicine.

Finding Love In Grief is a a space to come into presence with what lives within you. What needs to move through you. To allow the body to express, release, and receive. To connect with the joy, love, and pleasure that is always available to us. A space to feel and find community. To rest, to co-regulate, and to be held. To remember the sacred.

What to expect:

The space may include somatic (body-based) practices, meditation and visualization, singing and music, poetry and prose, prayer, collective rest, and ceremonial cacao or tea. Each gathering will respond to what is needed in the moment and evolve.

This gathering offers a space for authentic connection. Come as you are, and let's navigate the journey of grief together. You belong here.

This donation-based space will be in service of prayer for peace and liberation for all humans. Suggested Donation $20 - $100 (donations will be taken at the door via cash/venmo)

50% of all proceeds will go to the Sacred Ways Foundation. A non-profit organization that directs funds to indigenous medicine families and promotes indigenous cultural wisdom.

Please share what wealth you have. Whether it be monetary, songs and music, poetry, snacks, or offerings of flowers/crystals/candles to the altar.
