Psychedelic Medicine Sessions

Plant medicine and psychedelics can act as a catalyst for change and transformation.

With the right preparation, integration, set, and setting, they can be used to aid in the therapeutic process.

I hold space for individuals, couples, and groups.

I am trained as a Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Therapist.

And in Ketamine Assisted Therapy with the Polaris Insight Center.

I am a student of plant medicine and study shamanic practices.

I am committed to being in sacred relationship with the medicines I work with. In reciprocity with the indigenous communities and teachers I learn from. Studying and honoring each plant’s unique properties, wisdom, teaching style, and lineage. Supporting and giving back to the lands and communities I learn with and from.

“Ariel held a very sacred and beautiful space with her singing and drumming, providing sensory integration of the powerful medicine…it really enhanced the entire experience from start to finish. Ariel has such a soft, beautiful energy that makes you feel so safe and welcome. And at the same time, she holds such a powerful presence that felt very insightful and reverent. Ariel honored the traditions that she has learned and she shared much of that through speech and song. ”

Plant Medicines can propel the healing process forward.

I offer group meditations throughout the year. Please contact me to schedule a meet and greet and get on the list for invites.

I work with non-psychoactive plants such as ceremonial cacao & rose to support your process.

Plant medicines and psychedelics give us access to our subconscious and can create a container for introspection, increased social connectedness, and spiritual experiences.

They can support access to feeling states and ways of being that are not otherwise accessible. They can support the nervous system in building its capacity. And the body in releasing stuck and stagnant energies and stories.
