We meet for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 5 hours. 

Each session can include coaching in sounding, body awareness, boundary-setting, movement, communication & consent, inner-child work, ritual, body dialoguing, mirror work, whole body de-armoring, client-led touch, education on anatomy, arousal, trauma & the nervous system, and sacred and intentional connection to plant medicine.

I require we meet for a somatic session before committing to this container so we can ensure we are a good fit and build saftey and trust together.

If we are also working together in somatic sessions or already know each other - we can add a ceremony between somatic relational sessions for $2,400. This will include: one virtual prep call and one virtual integration call. Ceremony with overnight accomodations and integration in the morning.

Intensives are available for those who want to dive into de-armoring over several days. We can do one or several intensives over a period of time. Each day we meet consists of aprox 4-6 hours of time together.
