Our work together begins with an Initial Session.
The Initial Session is meant to forge a starting foundation for our work together. You can expect exercises that support me in getting to know you, and you getting to know yourself better. We’ll do this through somatic (body-based) and relational explorations.
During this Initial Session, we’ll begin building a container and the necessary foundation for deeper work to come.
If we decide that we are a good match after our first session…
We’ll commit to co-creating a journey of transformation.
All Initial Sessions for in person work are 2 hours in length with an investment of $495. After our Initial Session, you can choose the journey that suits your needs best. Journey investments are separate from Initial Sessions.

During our journey together, we will meet in person unless otherwise noted (typically every other week).
Monthly payment plans available. You should expect to be paid in full by our final session together.
If you feel called to work with me, but do not have the resources, please contact me. If I don’t currently have any 1:1 sliding scale options - I always have by donation communal offerings and can put you on a waitlist for 1:1 work.
After completing a series with me, I provide alternative offerings going forward like drop-in somatic relational sessions and ceremonies.

Sliding scale investments are available for virtual work together. If they are currently full, I can put you on a waitlist or refer you to another practitioner. I do not offer sliding-scale spaces to cis-men.
